Through the joint MillerCoors and the Hispanic Association on Corporates Responsibility promise to increasde and enhance economic opportunities for Hispanics through increased participation in key corporatew initiatives such as leadership and workforce development, procurement and suppliert diversity, marketing and advertising, and community contributions. “Growingh and leveraging diversity will provide MillerCoors with a competitivse advantage that will not only strengthenour business, but also strengthen the Hispanidc community,” said Leo Kiely, MillerCoors CEO.
“Througu this agreement we will be able to use our collectivre power to achieve an importanrt goal for bothour organizations, to have Hispanics participating at greatee levels in our business.” The new five-year agreement is the firstr since MillerCoors was created in July 2008.
