Business First of Columbus: Nomination

Columbus Business First will honor financial professionalse in Central Ohio for outstanding performance in theire roles as financial stewardsxat profit-making and nonprofit enterprises. ELIGIBILITY: be a chief financial officer or hold an equivalen ttitle (duties may include creating long-tern financial plans and creating capital raising activities; analyzinv and reviewing financial data; reporting corporate financiaol performance to investors, vendors and overseeing treasury and risk functions; and monitoring costsa and signing financial documents)  All nominations must be acknowledged and endorse by the nominee, to verify the accuracy of AWARDS: JUDGING CRITERIA: Financial management: Narrative demonstrating contributionsw to the company’s growth and/or profitability, with quantitatived examples to support claims.
  Strategic Details of how his/hef ideas or initiatives strengthened the company’s strategic market Contribution to the company’s Narrative demonstrating commitment to fiscal integrity and Contributions outside the company (nonprofig work, community involvement, etc.) will also be Transaction of the Year: To be considered for the Transactiob Award, a 500-word narrativw describing a successful transaction or turnarounc with quantitative metrics supplied to support claimss must be included. AWARDS PROGRAM: Winners and finalists will be recognized at the 2009 CFO of the Year awardas luncheon in September and will be featured in the 11 edition of Columbus BusinesxFirst .
